Aside from the birds you find at most of the Florida wetlands, there are also a variety of reptiles as well. You’ll find snakes, alligators, iguanas, and turtles to name a few. When I am out photographing the birds, I am always keeping an eye out for these other creatures as well. This morning I saw a 12 foot alligator, and although none of the pictures I took were all that dramatic, it inspired me to share some other reptile images I have made here in Florida this year.
