May 21 – 25, 2018
“Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.”, Scott Adams
Spend a long weekend on the Monterey Bay Peninsula, staying at the Lighthouse Lodge and Cottages with Lewis Kemper, as we work on creative techniques to take your photography to the next level. Lewis will talk about night photography, long exposure photography, HDR, panoramas, time lapse, neutral density filters, creative composition and the use of color in your images.
The purpose of this workshop is to try new techniques! We will do several night shoots, we will work with long exposures during the day utilizing neutral density filters, in the field we will also work on creative composition, and the use of color in your images, and HDR. In the classroom we will work with processing images to get the maximum effect, processing HDR, panos and getting the most from the Local Adjustment Tools.
